Shipping Policy


We ship all over Italy


All orders are shipped the same day or the next day, depending on the time we receive your order. If you place your order on a weekend or holiday, it will be shipped the next normal business day.

All packages are shipped via a traceable mail service. The tracking number must be requested by emailing spedizioni@mito.it.

Please note: the estimated delivery times below are those provided by the shipping companies. All delivery times are estimates.

Unfortunately, packages can be delayed for many reasons, check your tracking number with the carrier and wait 72 hours before contacting us.

If you live in Italy, your order will be shipped with GLS from our warehouse in Italy. All orders placed, regardless of the time of receipt, will be shipped the next working day available for shipment. If the order is placed on the last working day of the week, the order will be shipped on the first working day of the following week.

Estimated delivery time for delivery: 1 – 3 working days.

Returns


Unused and unwanted items


If you have ordered something in error or have changed your mind, returning unused and unwanted items is easy. Simply contact our customer service team here within 8 days of receiving your order. They will provide you with the appropriate address and detailed instructions on how to return your items to us. You will need to pay for the return postage and when we receive the items back, we will inspect them and refund you, provided the product is in perfect condition. This process can take a couple of days and refunds can take up to 10 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. Please note that if you have knowingly breached our terms and conditions in relation to reselling, your order will fall under our wholesale returns policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To request a refund, you MUST FIRST send an email to info@mito.it or, if it is more convenient for you, contact our WhatsApp support team at WhatsApp number: +39 338 34 34 634.

Any complaints must be made within 8 days of delivery.

You must provide your full name, address and order number with any returns.

You will be refunded to the source of the original payment, less shipping costs.

If you do not follow these guidelines, we cannot track and process any returns and may not be able to refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
